"Hampton Chambers a newly released ex-convict striving to leave his criminal history behind and reunite with his family. Amidst this struggle, he grapples with frequent inexplicable moments of divine intervention." A large portion of my work on this show was your traditional "invisible" VFX work. This included a lot of cleanup, paint, matchmove, stabilization, and basic CG integration. On multiple occasions, I created CG assets that ended up being added into shots throughout the show. Working with Apple was a great experience: the rigorous QC process and their attention to detail meant that every shot, no matter how small the VFX contribution, had to be dialed perfectly. As an artist newer to the industry, this allowed me to really hone my skills and learn how to better QC my own work, making sure that every patch, every replacement, and every removal was pixel perfect.
